Security Clearance: Secret - Current This role is part of Raytheon’s Standard Missile portfolio, supporting Production Assurance within the Naval Standard Missile Systems Production (NSMS) area of Naval Power, located onsite in Tucson, AZ. Salary range: 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. What You Will Do
Work closely with Program Management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Procurement to develop and execute Material Strategies which support Customer requirements and meet Program objectives Lead a team of 1 – 3 people in a matrixed organization Brief program and customer leadership teams on Supply Chain status, material constraints and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans Customer Proposal support including generating Supplier Request for Proposals / Quotes (RFPs / RFQs) as well as labor basis of estimates (BOEs) Support supplier negotiations and PO placement as required to meet program cost and schedule objectives Financial management (e.g., EV, budgets, targets, working capital, proposals, material sales forecasts, etc.). The MPM may act as the Control Account Manager Overall ownership of the supplier management process (Supplier Risk/Opportunity Management Plan, supplier performance, metrics, international issues, make/buy strategy, Collaborative Agreement process, etc.), and communication of customer flow-through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty Lead, develop and drive favorable performance for a team of 1-2 individual contributors (with opportunities to grow) Issue/Conflict resolution within organizations, between organizations and with suppliers Management of timely and compliant quarterly Estimates At Completion (EACs) including Risk & Opportunity management Support MRP Scheduling and Master Data requests Willingness to travel domestically/internationally, as required Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant supply chain experience or an advanced degree and minimum of 8 years of prior relevant supply chain experience Experience with material requirements planning Qualifications We Prefer
Advanced Microsoft Office skillset Advanced Supply Chain Planning tool experience (e.g., SAP/PRISM, Kinaxis, MFT, ROMS, etc.) Experience with proposals or material estimating MPM Level 4 (or higher) Certification EVMS Certification PM Level 7 (or higher) Certification What We Offer
