Location: US-FL-Hollywood. This on-site role reports to the Senior Vice President of Player Development and focuses on maximizing revenue and optimizing the yield of Player Development inventory, including hotel suites, premium dining, Hard Rock Live shows, and related events.
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Player Development, maximize revenue, monitor inventory management, and evaluate supply and demand of all Player Development inventory, with focus on hotel rooms/suites, premium dining, Hard Rock Live shows, off-property events and internal event programming.
Ensure that all Player Development centric amenities, events and programs are yielded to return the most value to Hard Rock Hollywood and the Seminole Tribe.
Partner with VIP Services, Marketing, Database Management, Food & Beverage, Property Analytics and Corporate Analytics to gather and summarize data and explain data for evaluation.
Optimize revenue for all yielded casino marketing events including suites, show tickets, tournaments and any other limited resource incentive.
Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends allowing for accurate predictive demand.
Monitor all active casino events and programs and make data-driven recommendations for changes to program/event criteria.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring all compliance rules and regulations are adhered to, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering, CTR reporting, local gaming regulations and responsible alcohol service.
Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication.
Ensure prompt and discreet notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of analytic experience required; a BA is preferred.
Experience in using desktop computers, MS Office applications, and casino software applications for player tracking and reporting data.
Casino or hospitality experience preferred.
Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English.
This is an on-site position where the incumbent will be seated at Hard Rock-Hollywood, Florida.
Work Environment Some exposure to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, crowds, secondhand smoke and excessive noise. Frequent time in an indoor, climate-controlled office environment. Must be able to move around the property, respond to visual and aural cues, operate a computer and office equipment. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and bend, reach and stoop on a limited basis.
