Position
Analog Devices Federal LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Supply Chain Support Specialist
to join our team in Chelmsford, MA. The Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production systems and workflows. This hands-on role supports daily manufacturing activities by managing the operations of the supply chain process, from procurement to distribution, while ensuring that it is running efficiently and effectively.
This is an entry level position and fully on site, Monday-Friday 8-hr days.
Responsibilities
Work order tracking, expediting, and paperwork accuracy.
Implementing engineering change orders (ECOs) by completing impact statements on finished goods inventory, WIP material, raw inventory, etc.
Provide daily reports to track WIP for material, identifying any bottlenecks or delays with the supply of material to the manufacturing floor.
Work with procurement to manage component tracking and ensure availability of piece parts and sub-levels to support top-level build plans.
Work closely with operators, technicians, and supervisors to support daily production needs.
Requirements
US CITIZEN and the ability to hold a security clearance
High school Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred)
Experience in a manufacturing or production support role preferred
Familiarity with electronics manufacturing environments is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, SharePoint); experience with SAP or MES systems preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $54,400 to $74,800.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
