Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director to oversee daily operations of the Central Billing Office.
Monitor Accounts Receivable indicators to ensure alignment with financial performance goals.
Review performance of each CBO area and provide support and recommendations to achieve targets.
Evaluate policies and processes, working with leadership to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Oversee special projects, ensuring project teams have appropriate employees and tasks are completed timely.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10+ years of healthcare and revenue cycle experience; previous management experience required.
Revenue Cycle and hospital collections experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to execute work within rigid time constraints and multi-task.
Independent thought and judgment with strong analytical skills.
Preferred knowledge of governmental payer regulatory billing requirements.
