Overview
VIE - Supply Chain Business Analyst (H/F) – SAFRAN POWER USA, LLC. As a VIE Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will support the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) team in optimizing supplier performance and strengthening purchasing operations across SEP North America. This role combines data analysis, process improvement, and supplier relationship management within a dynamic international environment. The analyst delivers accurate, data-driven insights to enhance supplier performance and purchasing operations, serves as the key administrator of supplier performance data systems and reporting tools, and supports audit readiness and supplier risk monitoring. Responsibilities
Maintain and analyze supplier performance KPIs across business units. Build and publish monthly dashboards and scorecards using Power BI and Excel. Manipulate and synthesize large datasets to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps. Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL), ensuring timely updates of supplier certifications and compliance documentation. Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and performance reports. Assist in updating ERP records and master data for MRO purchasing needs. Serve as the administrator for supplier performance systems and support improvement projects. Coordinate supplier-related events, performance reviews, and system trainings. Create standardized reporting templates and automate data visualization using Power BI. Edit and format documents and reports for internal and external distribution. Maintain accurate logs, records, and internal controls aligned with Safran policies. Support compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Qualifications
Fluent in English. Spanish and French is a plus. Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard/report creation and interactive visualizations. Strong experience managing and analyzing large, complex datasets. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite skills. Solid understanding of supply chain processes, KPIs, and performance metrics. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, data analytics, or procurement. Hands-on experience with Power BI, data manipulation, and reporting tools preferred. ERP system experience is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Details
