Summary Provide business partnering support and financial controllership to the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) business within Power US. To ensure transactional processes are under control, assets are safeguarded, and reporting is insightful. This role will support the Site Controller with all Finance matters relating to MRO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct MRO Sales & Standard Margin analysis versus Forecast & Budget; explain variances (Volume, Mix, Sales Price).

Challenge MRO CSR team on Billing Issues, Payment Terms, Collections, Credit Notes and Quote accuracy.

Work with MRO team & Financial Accounting on Monthly MRO Opex & Capex costs, reclasses, allocations and Journal postings.

Review Average Costing within MRO, including BOM, Routings, Purchase Costs, Repair Costs and Valuation Types.

Challenge & account for MRO Warranty Costs, Subcontracting, Exchange Pools, Productivity and Efficiency, Time Tracking, and Labor and Burden Postings.

Support Year End Physical Inventory & Monthly Cycle Counting Process.

Respond to & assist all MRO Ad Hoc cost queries & commercial activity from the business.

Undertake service order analysis to determine root cause for variances and opportunities for cost improvement.

SAP Data Cleansing and review for MRO Plants (x2 in Power Americas).

Create and maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures used in daily standard work and within Internal Control.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.

Exposure to a manufacturing environment preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI).

Familiarity with SAP an advantage.

Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.

Independent and solution‑oriented way of working.

This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to U.S. national security based export control requirements.
