This person will lead development and deployment work related to the SAP financial modules and process design. Lead Business Process Analyst

to work with the global EBS ("Ecolab business solutions") team to identify, document, and validate business system requirements to configure and provide the functionality necessary to meet business objectives and project goals. This role will be instrumental in working closely with business partners to understand their needs at a business process level, translate them into functional process and/or solution requirements, and deliver excellent results to collectively achieve highest priority business objectives aimed at driving bold company visions of a world-class, digital supply chain transformation. What You Will Do: Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, Go Live and Hypercare of Ecolab's SAP implementation projects. Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal customers. Gain expertise in the S/4HANA Financial area. Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address solution gaps and issues. Ensure standard solution usage whenever possible. Provide workarounds when SAP standard solutions do not fit Ecolab's business scenarios. Understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them. Customize / Configure our SAP landscape following global standards, localization requirements, and additional / new business scenarios. Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain, leveraging multiple methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Maintain expert product knowledge and identify opportunities for enhancements. Develop and execute plans to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectations. Aid in evolving applications, systems, and processes to a desired future state by mapping current state to future state, identifying value gaps, and defining the impact of requirements on upstream and downstream components. Learn and apply existing and new system processes and methodologies that lead to new systems contributing to business success. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in IT or commensurate experience SAP product experience and/or at least 3 years of relevant industry/solutions experience Knowledge of SAP FI: FI-AR, FI-AP, New GL, FI-AA, CO-PA; Month/year end close activities and configuration of SAP FI integration into commercial and supply chain areas. Exposure to reports for all sub-modules and ability to create financial reports for external agencies for Balance Sheets and P&L from SAP BI Process/capability understanding of Finance and ideally Commercial/Supply Chain Finance processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; willingness to learn new areas Experience building and maintaining internal customer relationships with a partnership mindset Ability to work well within a team and build relationships with stakeholders Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% and work remotely with stakeholders in various international markets Good verbal and written communication skills (English) Proven ability to learn new skills and technologies and convey knowledge Preferred Qualifications Experience with connected systems like OnBase, Concur, BlackLine, etc. Development (ABAP) experience Freight accounting experience and exposure to any TMS (Transportation Management Solutions) Experience with tax software (Vertex/Thomson Reuters, etc.) Hands-on experience migrating financial data (master and transactional) into SAP using SAP BODS, LSMW, BDC Experience in FSCM - Financial Supply Chain Management sub-modules (Collections, Dispute, Credit Management) A trusted partner at nearly three million commercial customer locations, Ecolab is a global sustainability leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $104,700.00 - $157,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance. Compensation factors include experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
