The Senior Quality Management Analyst supports the Business Capabilities organization in building a culture of data-driven, continuous improvement. You will help deploy quality standards, analyze product and service performance, and turn insights into practical recommendations that drive quality management programming. This role will develop deep data expertise across enterprise applications, ensuring trustworthy data and actionable dashboards. Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain quality dashboards and scorecards that track quality standards, KPIs, and proactively promote accountability and continuous improvement across business functions Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Engineering, Client Services, and Compliance to translate insights into prioritized actions and measurable outcomes Produce executive business intelligence reports that integrate operational, experience, and financial insights to inform strategic priorities Perform advanced analyses, including root-cause analysis and predictive modeling, using structured and unstructured data; summarize findings with clear visuals and narratives for business and technical audiences Participate in audits, control testing, and continuous-improvement initiatives aligned to ISO 9001/Six Sigma principles as applicable Support the Quality Management Director in the responsible design, testing, and rollout of AI-enabled quality programs and workflows Contribute to prompt and evaluation design for LLM-powered use cases; assist with red-teaming and quality gates before production release Evaluate process design by mapping end-to-end user journeys, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or improvement Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested Understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in quality analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field Strong working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI preferred) Working knowledge of SQL and Excel; familiarity with Python is a plus Familiarity with product analytics platforms a plus (e.g., Heap, Amplitude, or WalkMe) Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, prompts, evaluation, data privacy) and interest in learning enterprise AI tooling (e.g., Copilot, Azure OpenAI) Exceptional communication, storytelling, and attention to detail; ability to translate data into crisp, actionable narratives Bachelor’s degree in Data & Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience Compensation & Benefits
