In this role, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of financial representatives, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support necessary to succeed. Recruit, develop, and engage your team of financial representatives, assuming accountability for achieving the sales goals established for your staff or agency. Deliver training that enhances the skills and knowledge of your financial representative staff by providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial representatives, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed. Set performance goals and track progress to ensure alignment with company objectives. Work closely with financial representatives to develop and maintain strong client relationships, assisting in resolving client issues and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to drive company objectives and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications
A State Life and Health Insurance license is required. Series 6 preferred, and Series 63 (where required). Minimum of two years of experience in life insurance sales. Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Compensation and Benefits
