Advanced Analytics Manager — Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, driving capability development and overseeing project collaborations across teams to ensure successful execution of data science initiatives. Apply machine learning engineering methodologies to deliver impactful solutions for internal and external stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, contributing to strategic data science initiatives that align with business goals. Responsibilities

Lead a team of data scientists, providing mentorship and guidance on daily tasks, fostering professional development and capability growth. Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring deliverables meet project milestones and quality standards. Lead experimentation and implementation of new machine learning engineering techniques for projects, aligning with internal and external customer objectives. Communicate project status, methodologies, and results to technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies. Facilitate machine learning engineering discussions, providing technical expertise on current methods and guiding decision-making for optimal outcomes. Contribute to strategic data science initiatives, influencing the direction of key projects and aligning team efforts with broader business goals. Encourage cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of data science solutions into business processes and technology platforms. Scope

All data products initiatives for Advanced D&A Americas. All GenAI initiatives for Advanced D&A Americas. Measures of Success

Data science projects developed and implemented in production meeting business needs. Machine learning models and GenAI projects delivered on time. Internal customer satisfaction and quantitative targets aligned with Finance objectives. Deployment of data products as planned and improvements to business processes using advanced analytics. Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years in Data Science, Software Development, Data Analytics, or related fields; 3+ years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of ML concepts, GenAI, and software development techniques for data products. Extensive knowledge of corporate data sources and business-focused data science expertise. Experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Experience working on remote teams. Skills

Excellent leadership and people management, with a track record of building high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to translate requirements into technical solutions. Effective communication and collaboration, with ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. Ability to work under pressure with autonomy. Proficiency in programming languages (SQL, Python), databases (SQL Server), and cloud infrastructures (AWS). Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $132,000 to $180,000 per year. Actual offers depend on skills, experience, and other factors. Depending on the position, additional compensation and benefits may be provided. Employment Type and Seniority
