Responsibilities Establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, and vendors. Coordinate equipment, supply, and equipment needs for cases in collaboration with the materials manager. Identify and address opportunities for continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. Work with the Administrator to meet Facility goals. Oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services. Assist as RN Circulator as necessary. Serve as a clinical resource for perioperative staff using evidence-based knowledge and prevailing standards. Evaluate current practice through quality and performance improvement measures. Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with the perioperative team and other stakeholders. Coordinate, facilitate, and manage change within the health care organization. Participate in interviews for staff selection and evaluate staff performance. Maintain professional behavior and model it for staff. Ensure appropriate personnel, equipment, and supplies are available. Pursue professional growth and participate in a professional organization.
