Overview
CAES by Honeywell is seeking an RF Technician to work at our San Jose, CA facility. The RF Technician’s responsibilities focus on microwave circuit alignment, subsystems test, and production support for advanced microwave subsystems used in missile front ends, radar receivers, wideband tuners, and synthesized sources. Responsibilities
Perform testing and troubleshooting of microwave subsystems and circuit card assemblies in a production environment, reviewing data for compliance. Execute RF tuning, troubleshooting, and testing on multi-function thin film microwave integrated circuits (MICs), reviewing data for compliance. Follow production documentation and processes, keeping detailed records of testing and rework performed. Participate in daily production meetings and regularly interface with manufacturing engineers. Qualifications
High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in basic electronics testing, tuning, and troubleshooting. Good manual dexterity and willingness to work using a microscope and small hand-tools. Good written and verbal skills and ability to carefully follow written instructions. Computer skills required, including file manipulation, organization, accessing and launching programs, and basic Microsoft Excel. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Eligibility to work under U.S. export laws (US Person). Pay
Hourly Range: $23.50 - $27.50. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Applicable pay may vary based on location, job function, education, and experience. Benefits
