Space Planning Team (POGs)
Acosta is hiring for the Space Planning Team (POGs) role. This hybrid position is located in Cranberry Township, PA, with 3 days per week remote/hybrid.
Overview We are building a high-performing space planning team to drive merchandising success and enhance the retailer experience. The lead senior manager will oversee primary responsibilities such as space management, reporting, and planogram quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 8 space planning professionals, aligning activities with business goals and driving performance.
Provide space management and section merchandising across assigned categories, including financial analysis and space insights.
Develop client-specific reporting that measures performance against strategies and objectives.
Ensure planograms meet customer and client visual standards, increasing space for brands represented by Acosta.
Collect, organize, and maintain data to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security.
Perform user‑acceptance testing for space management tools.
Positions & Compensation
Senior Manager – $37,000–$90,000
Senior Space Specialist – salary varies by experience
Space Planner (Hourly) – prior merchandising experience required
Qualifications
Senior Manager: 3–5 years supervisory experience.
Space Planner: 2–3 years industry experience (reset/merchandising) or an associate’s degree.
Proficiency in Blue Yonder (JDA), Apollo/Symphony, and EYC Space Management Software.
Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
Data‑mining and analytical skills, ability to diagnose and propose solutions.
Self‑starter with ownership mindset and organizational skills.
