Overview
2026 Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) - Full Time The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an approximate 30-month program designed to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the accounting & finance organization at Johnson & Johnson. Participants will develop critical leadership & technical skills through rotational assignments at J&J business units, in-depth training, & ongoing coaching and feedback. FLDP participants complete two formal rotations: the first is approximately 18 months followed by a 12-month second rotation. The two rotations will span different areas of finance/accounting across J&J locations and business units, accelerating participant skill building through differentiated experiences. All rotations are U.S.-based and expose participants to J&J MedTech & Innovative Medicine segments as well as Johnson & Johnson Corporate Headquarters. Responsibilities
Complete two formal rotations across finance/accounting areas and J&J locations (approximately 18 months then 12 months). Engage in 5 weeks of various trainings over the ~30-month program, led by internal and external resources, to build business acumen and core competencies. Rotate across functions including, but not limited to, Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, General Accounting, Corporate Consolidations, Treasury, Global Audit & Assurance, and Digital Finance Innovation. Utilize rotations to develop leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to drive incremental value and change within J&J. Build an expanded professional network and gain cross-segment knowledge to support future opportunities within J&J. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Fifth-year master’s degree (received between December 2025 and June 2026) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a business-related field. A GPA of 3.0 or better is required. Demonstrated leadership experience is required. Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel is preferred. Authorization to work in the US on a permanent, full-time basis is required. Ability to temporarily relocate to a different state within the United States for rotational assignments is required. The base pay for this position is $81,000/year. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus and may be eligible for a sign-on or early incentive bonus. Employees may participate in company benefits programs (health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation, sick time, holiday pay, and time off) per applicable plans.
