Overview
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an approximate 30-month program designed to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the accounting & finance organization. Participants will develop critical leadership & technical skills through rotational assignments at J&J business units, in-depth training, & ongoing coaching and feedback. FLDP participants complete two formal rotations: the first is approximately 18 months followed by a 12-month second rotation. The two rotations will span different areas of finance/accounting across J&J locations and business units and accelerate participant skill building through differentiated experiences. These rotational assignments are supplemented by 5 weeks of various trainings over the course of the approximate 30-month program, led by internal & external resources. Training courses build business acumen on the various business units within J&J and follow a robust and interactive curriculum that develops FLDP participants on key competencies such as problem-solving, analysis, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork, and leadership. Positions may be available at numerous business units located in or near New Brunswick, NJ, Raritan, NJ, Titusville, NJ, Horsham, PA, Springhouse, PA, West Chester, PA, Jacksonville, FL, Warsaw, IN, Cincinnati, OH, Irvine, CA, Raynham, MA, Danvers, MA, and San Angelo, TX. All rotations are U.S. based and are designed to expose participants to J&J MedTech & Innovative Medicine Business Segments as well as Johnson & Johnson Corporate Headquarters. Each rotation provides an opportunity to leverage leadership skills & technical knowledge to drive value & change. The FLDP also offers exposure to a range of finance functions including Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, General Accounting, Corporate Consolidations, Treasury, Global Audit & Assurance, and Digital Finance Innovation. The FLDP and the J&J Finance community encourage participants to pursue certification in management accounting (CMA) and/or public accounting (CPA). Compensation & Benefits
The base pay for this position is $81,000/year. The company maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus based on company and individual performance. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion. This position may be eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus. Employees may participate in Company benefit programs, including health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, and paid time off, subject to plan terms. Bachelor’s or fifth-year master’s degree (received between December 2025 and June 2026) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related business field GPA of 3.0 or higher Demonstrated leadership experience; intermediate MS Excel skills preferred Authorization to work in the US on a permanent, full-time basis Ability to relocate temporarily to a different state within the United States for rotational assignments
