Overview
2026 Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) - Full Time at Johnson & Johnson. The FLDP is approximately a 30-month program designed to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the accounting & finance organization. Participants rotate through two formal assignments (first ~18 months, then ~12 months) across J&J locations and business units, with training, coaching, and feedback to build leadership and technical skills. All rotations are U.S.-based and provide exposure to J&J MedTech & Innovative Medicine segments as well as Corporate Headquarters.
Base pay for this position is $81,000/year. Eligible for an annual performance bonus and a sign-on/early incentive bonus. Employees may participate in company benefit programs including health insurance, savings, pension, disability, vacation, sick time, holidays, and time off per plan terms. The company supports pursuing CMA and/or CPA certifications.
Responsibilities The FLDP participants will:
Engage in two formal rotations across different areas of finance/accounting to accelerate skill development.
Attend 5 weeks of trainings over the 30-month program focusing on problem-solving, analysis, technical skills, business knowledge, teamwork, and leadership.
Participate in assignments designed to expose participants to J&J MedTech & Innovative Medicine business segments and Corporate Headquarters.
Leverage rotations to build a diverse network, knowledge base, and potential movement across J&J segments.
Develop in functional areas such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, R&D Finance, General Accounting, Consolidations, Treasury, Global Audit & Assurance, and Digital Finance Innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or 5th year master’s degree (received between December 2025 and June 2026) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related business field.
GPA of 3.0 or better.
Demonstrated leadership experience; intermediate MS Excel knowledge preferred.
Authorization to work in the US on a permanent, full-time basis.
Ability to temporarily relocate to a different state within the United States for a rotational assignment.
