Description Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and produce exceptional service. They may work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Team members represent Regal consistently with mission statement and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Box Office
Operate POS system; manage cash drawer, credit cards, and coupons.
Upsell premium viewing experience.
Promote Regal Crown Club program.
Ensure tickets comply with MPAA rating system and company policy.
Respond to phone calls and guest inquiries.
Concession
Operate POS system; manage cash drawer, credit cards, and coupons.
Promote Regal Crown Club program.
Prepare, clean, and maintain concession equipment.
Upsell/suggestive selling.
Comply with local, state, and federal food safety laws.
Abide by laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
Read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination.
Usher
Tear tickets and direct patrons to auditoriums.
Inspect backpacks and packages.
Assist with crowd control and seat assignment.
Enforce MPAA rating system.
Monitor picture and sound quality to maintain a safe environment.
Report problems and discrepancies to management.
Perform in-auditorium concession sales as directed.
Clean auditoriums and maintain restrooms and lobby area.
Monitor vending equipment and assist with opening/closing duties.
Pay Scale Information $16.50 Per Hr.
Benefits Free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location. Eligible to participate in 401(k) retirement plan with company match once age 21 and six months of service.
Qualifications
Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

Must possess good public speaking, listening, and clear response.
Perform calculations accurately.
Identify problems, gather data, and evaluate information to reach conclusions.
Excellent customer communication and teamwork.
