Regal Cinema at Eastview Mall in Victor, NY is looking for part‑time cast members who are passionate about movies and want to be part of delivering the best possible service, cleanliness and movie‑going experience to our guests in a diverse, fun, energetic and engaging environment. Our Cast Members also enjoy the benefits of access to free movie tickets and a 50% discount on concessions in addition to other perks.
What you will do: Regal Floor Staff / Cast Members are the face of Regal and will provide guest service by selling tickets, concessions and/or working as an usher. Availability to work weekends is a must; weekday opening and/or closing availability is preferred. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay and a clear pathway for career advancement.
Team members are classified based on theatre needs and employee availability, as either variable hour, part‑time fixed, part‑time regular or full‑time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. Employees must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Box Office
Operating POS system and handling cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, and discount tickets, passes and coupons with accuracy.
Upselling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program.
Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner that is consistent with our guest service philosophy.
Concession
Operating POS system and maintaining accurate cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, and coupons as well as concession stock inventory.
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program.
Operating, preparing and cleaning all concession related equipment.
Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
Observing all federal and state break and meal period regulations.
Ensuring required alcohol certification and training are current (if applicable).
Having legal age to sell or serve alcohol when required by state or local laws.
Completing training materials covering sexual harassment and discrimination.
Usher
Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, and directing patrons to their auditoriums.
Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable.
Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats when necessary.
Enforcing the MPAA rating system.
Conducting theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and maintain a safe environment.
Reporting any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations to management.
Performing in‑auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed.
Cleaning auditoriums after scheduled shows and maintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways and other areas outside the auditorium.
Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment.
Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned.
Pay Scale Information Starting at $15.50 per hour

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and/or as a box office cashier, or progression toward completion required.
Language Ability:
Good public speaking, active listening, and clear, direct response skills.
Math Ability:
Perform calculations accurately, identify and correct errors.
Reasoning Ability:
Identify problems, gather relevant data, analyze alternatives, make evidence‑based decisions, and act under pressure.
Personal Skills:
Excellent communication with customers, co‑workers and management; ability to set goals, budget time and prioritize to achieve objectives.
Physical Demands:
Frequently stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate items, reach, talk or hear; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; lift up to 60 pounds; use vision for close and distance tasks.
