Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

This position is for 1st shift; Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. As an Inventory Control Operator III, you’ll lead shipping, receiving, and inventory staging activities to support production and warehouse operations. You will guide daily workflow, train team members, and ensure inventory accuracy across raw materials and components. In the absence of a supervisor, you’ll help coordinate tasks and provide updates to leadership. Your experience and leadership will help us deliver the products people love — reliably and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule and train Inventory Control team members

Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials and components

Pick and stage materials for production to avoid delays

Load containers and trucks as needed

Provide supplies (PPE, hairnets, gloves) to team members

Start and run PCs; troubleshoot reject lanes

Prepare and distribute documentation

Follow preventive maintenance schedules for equipment

Lead department in supervisor’s absence

Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies

Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED preferred

4–6 years of inventory control or related experience

Experience leading or training others preferred

Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally (with assistance)

Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens

Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

SKILLS

Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems

Proficiency in AS400, SAP and Microsoft Suite

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Strong organization and time management

Able to read, write, and understand English

Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $26.57-$27.37. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
