Overview
The Sam Houston Athletics Creative Media office is looking for students who are interested in joining the Creative Media Team. The team is open to those with interest and experience in social media, videography, photography and/or graphic design. Responsibilities
Shooting/filming content during Sam Houston Athletics games, practices and additional events. Conceptualizing, creating and implementing creative content to use as promotional materials intended to highlight and showcase Sam Houston Athletics, its teams, student-athletes, and coaching staff. The Creative Media Team will work closely with the Athletics Creative Coordinator and Marketing Manager, as well as other IMC Athletics Engagement staff. Qualifications
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc. Experience with pertinent equipment used for preferred specialty, such as camera equipment and editing platforms Creative background and demeanor Flexible schedule Reliability Must be able to perform duties at on-site locations on campus (e.g., Woodforest Bank Athletics Center, Mafrige Fieldhouse and other athletic venues) Must be able to work on a personal computer; potential to work remotely if needed Must be receptive to feedback Must be a team player and work well with others, including external operations personnel Projects
