Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diversified Energy Company PLC. DGOC is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas and oil wells, and midstream pipelines and compression stations, concentrated in the Appalachian Basin in the United States. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2021, DGOC expanded into the Central Regional Focus Area, including producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Position Summary & Responsibilities
Midstream Specialist is directly responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of preliminary scoping, cost estimating and construction activities for a variety of facilities including production, pipeline, compression, and Dehy units across both the Upstream and Midstream Business Units. Coordinate activities associated with special projects that may be outside the scope of typical Upstream and Midstream Operations. Oversee preliminary plan, design, and bidding for construction activities on all facilities installations and upgrades to ensure quality control, design and construction standards are met within assigned timeframes and completed efficiently, effectively, and in an ethical manner both on time and within budget. Participate in pre-construction planning, including project scope, site assessments, site layout, and project details. Maintain continuous communication throughout projects related to progress, issues, and solutions. Supervise, schedule and coordinate daily activities of contract personnel. Perform and complete final inspection documentation for final quality assurance and commissioning for in-service duty. Maintain a safe work environment and hold all parties accountable to create a Safety Culture of “No Compromise.” Position Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of oil and gas operations experience Experience working on Dehy units and production equipment Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Valid driver’s license Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Ability to wear and properly utilize appropriate PPE Walking, stepping, climbing, and moving between locations on the job site; ability to ascend ladders up to 10 feet or more Visual acuity suitable for driving operations (with or without corrective lenses) Standing, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing and sitting; repetitive movements of feet, shoulders, arms, wrists, hands, and back Working at elevated heights; lifting and carrying objects weighing 75 lb or more occasionally Outdoor work in all weather conditions and adherence to safety protocols Seniority level
