Expect to work evenings and weekends when the shop is busiest, with flexibility to support the team when needed. As the Assistant Shop Leader, you will be the heartbeat of the shop—motivating the team, mentoring stylists, and ensuring every client leaves feeling their best. You will work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards in cuts, colors, and shaves, while also managing inventory, recruiting talent, and handling month-end tasks. You may stay behind the chair to stay connected to the client experience and lead by example at every step.
