Candidates with backgrounds in hard-working, blue-collar industries (e.g., construction, lawn care, landscaping, retail, grocery, sanitarians, and other customer service-oriented fields) are welcome. You will inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers using high-quality, environmentally-responsible products and deliver premier customer service while following a daily service schedule. Details Full-time position Responsibilities Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs and ladders Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services Perform residential pest management service routes with high levels of customer service, professionalism, and efficiency Complete duties required by a pest/mosquito/termite service professional: customer consultation, inspection, identify/eliminate conducive conditions and perform proper treatments Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job-related items Address and alleviate customer concerns and pest-related issues using integrated pest management strategies Qualifications Traits Reliable: punctual, accountable, and task-focused People Person: positive, adaptable, and able to build relationships across teams Emotionally Intelligent, Strong Communicator: effective within diverse audiences and receptive to feedback Skills Tech Literate: proficient with common office software; Google Workspace experience is a plus Problem-solver: understanding problems and seeking improvements Operational Efficiency: knowledge of process optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration: ability to coordinate with multiple departments Organization and Time Management: prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Experience & Other Requirements Must pass required background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record Must be 21 years or older with valid driver’s license Works well around pests and in outdoor conditions Physical ability to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch; able to lift at least 50 pounds Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life insurance 401K with company match PTO and Paid Holidays On Demand Pay Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short and Long Term Disability Pet Insurance Hawx Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment.
