Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Assist in driving and implementing the Change Management Process. Assist in managing Cost Control. Assist in the Project Estimating/Pre-Construction Process. Assist in reviewing project proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. Assist in monitoring and updating project schedule routinely. Provides input and assist in supervising all pre-construction services. Supervise and manage employees, subcontractor, and/or suppliers in the area of responsibility. Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing. Communicates and reinforces the Company vision, mission, and values. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University and 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
