Attend to boilers and other equipment. Record operating information, inspect, lubricate, and repair equipment. Clean and paint equipment as required. Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Trade courses related to duties preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience with boilers preferred. Must access all parts of buildings and grounds. Good relationships with residents, supervisors, and co-workers. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of high-pressure boilers preferred. Salary Range
USD $30.26 per hour. This estimate considers qualifications, skills, and experience. Benefits, bonuses, and incentives are not included in this range. Additional Information
