Responsibilities Operate, maintain, repair and diagnose high-pressure steam boilers, critical mechanical/plumbing systems, and equipment related to building infrastructure. Complete preventive maintenance per policies/procedures following the CMMS timeline to ensure regulatory compliance. Communicate effectively with customers and respond to needs with professionalism and versatility. Plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks; collaborate with others for modifications/repairs with minimal disruption and within fiscal constraints. Monitor equipment and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel; serve as a resource and mentor to others. Qualifications Experience: One to three years electrical and/or plumbing maintenance experience preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Licensure: Current Class 1B Minnesota Boiler License required. Minnesota Boiler License-Class 1B, 1A, Chief B, or Chief A required. Other: Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record per Mayo Clinic policy. Additional Details Exemption Status: Nonexempt Compensation: $33.47 - $36.91 per hour based on union contract Benefits Eligible: Yes Schedule: Full Time Hours/Pay Period: 80 Schedule Details: 24/7 rotating schedule International Assignment: No Site Description Locations include Mayo Clinic campuses in Phoenix/Scottsdale (AZ), Jacksonville (FL), Rochester (MN), and Mayo Clinic Health System campuses in the Midwest, with international locations.
