Operate, maintain, repair and diagnose High Pressure steam Boilers, and related critical mechanical/plumbing systems and equipment. Complete preventive maintenance per policies and/or procedures following the CMMS timeline ensuring regulatory compliance. Demonstrate effective communication, assertiveness, and versatility in responding to customer needs. Plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks; may work with others in planning and scheduling for modifications and repairs with minimal disruption to operations while meeting fiscal constraints. Be alert to all aspects of equipment when responding to customer requests and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong human relations skills to interact with staff, visitors, and patients. Serve as a resource and mentor to others. Qualifications
One to three years electrical and/or plumbing maintenance experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minnesota Boiler License-Class 2B required within 18 months. Exemption Status

This position has a predetermined starting rate of $23.43 per hour based upon union contract. Benefits Eligible
