Jazz Technical Services (JTS) is looking for Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Mechanics) with a passion for safety and customer service to join our award-winning team in Halifax. Purpose of Position:

To maintain the aircraft in an airworthy condition and carry out maintenance tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance duties on company aircraft. Report to Maintenance Crew Chief and Maintenance Supervisor on issues affecting the serviceability of aircraft. Coordinate part requirements with Maintenance Crew Chief and Maintenance Supervisor. Ensure aircraft are maintained in accordance with company and Transport Canada Regulations. Attend training courses as directed by the company. Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers. Maintain the work area in a neat and tidy condition. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Valid Transport Canada AME license Category M. Experience in carrying out Heavy Maintenance on E175, Q400 and/or CRJ aircraft advantageous. Valid Canadian driver's license with no restrictions/conditions. Ability to obtain an Airport Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP). Legally able to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit).
