Platform-wide position covering UM Urgent Care centers in Baltimore, Baltimore County, Harford County, Anne Arundel County and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Candidates must be flexible from month to month. Responsibilities

Provide urgent care services to patients aged one year and older, including a diverse range of presentations (e.g., upper respiratory infections, sprains/strains, lacerations requiring sutures, employee health physicals, work-related injuries, and preoperative exams). Lead and collaborate with medical assistants and x-ray technologists to create signature patient experiences and ensure high-quality care. Work in a fast-paced urgent care environment with varied patient types and illness/injury presentations. Participate in 12-hour clinical shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 3 to 4 shifts per week (approximately 12–14 shifts per month). Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in good standing in Maryland (candidates may have a license pending approval). Active NPI number, DEA and CDS (or in the process of obtaining these items). Preferred: at least 1 year of experience as a provider, nurse, or tech in urgent care, emergency medicine, intensive care, or primary care. Proactive, growth-focused mindset; passionate about high-quality patient care; open to feedback. Additional information

We provide side-by-side clinical training shifts at the onset of employment to ensure hands-on procedure skills, basic clinical knowledge, and electronic health records fluency.
