This role offers a $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. The base pay range is $112,000.00/yr - $197,000.00/yr. Position Summary: The Walmart Rx Manager operates the pharmacy from a place of true caring, bringing passion to the community and staff. Strong clinical knowledge and business acumen are required, with the ability to work to the top of your license and create strategies for growth. Responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive patient care, processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, and administering immunizations. Driving sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas through effective merchandise presentation and pricing. Modeling and enforcing proper customer service approaches to ensure customer needs are met. Overseeing the implementation of community outreach programs and encouraging associates to serve the community. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
