Position / Specialty – Speech and Language Pathologist

Shift: 5x8 Hour Days (0700-1600, and 0800-1700), M-F, no weekends

Years of experience REQ: 2 minimum experience in a hospital setting with pediatrics

First-timers accepted: Yes

Licensure: SLP

BLS REQ: Yes

Is on-call REQ? No

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No

Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No

Open to accommodating block schedule? No

Locals accepted: Yes

Pending State License accepted: No

RTO Restrictions: 6 Shifts allowed per 13 week assignment

Special Requirements: Accredited SLP credential program; (includes masters) Experience in Pediatric population, 2 years pediatric outpatient experience, pediatric speech (swallow, speech, cognitive and voice)

Summary Of Major Function

Provides direct patient care. Organizes and conducts medically prescribed speech therapy programs to

restore function. May perform other duties as assigned.
