This role combines data analysis expertise with product and release testing responsibilities to ensure the accuracy, quality, and usability of our analytics products. The analyst will work closely with Product, Development, QA, and Implementation teams to mine healthcare data, validate integrations, build and test clinical quality measures, analyze and verify healthcare models such as attribution logic, HCC coding, and predictive modeling, and maintain standardized healthcare code sets. Responsibilities also include testing quality measure calculations, performing both functional and data quality testing, and supporting internal and client‑facing deliverables.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and validating healthcare data from multiple sources, including EMR extracts, payer files, and APIs. The role involves following results back to raw data to confirm accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and resolving data quality issues. This position will conduct testing of quality measure calculations against measure specifications, requiring a strong understanding of those specifications. The analyst will also work with HCC risk coding, healthcare coding, and best practices to ensure reporting accuracy.
