Healthcare Audit Systems & Data Analyst
to join our Audit, Compliance, and Education (ACE) team. This job can be performed 100% remotely, and out of state candidates will be considered. The Healthcare Audit Systems & Data Analyst will identify at-risk documentation and billing areas for preventive interventions, identify trends, and audit outcomes by conducting full lifecycle analysis of audits within MDaudit Enterprise and Payer Audit Workflow. This position will manage complicated healthcare laws and privacy issues, assuring data quality and accuracy, integrating different data sources, and successfully conveying technical results to stakeholders who are not technical. Essential Duties
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize MDaudit Enterprise and Payer Audit Workflow to extract, clean, and transform healthcare data Apply tools and techniques for comprehensive data analysis Create insightful and interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI Develop and manage healthcare-related applications using Power Apps Project Collaborations: Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze healthcare data and provide actionable insights Contribute to diverse healthcare compliance initiatives Quality and Compliance: Prepare executive level reports for the Compliance Committee and Board of Directors Prepare ad hoc reports for leadership meetings Run service analysis reports for audit assessments to include risk auditing, student and trainee auditing, and other reports as requested by leadership Communication: Ensure data accuracy and adherence to healthcare data regulations and standards Effectively convey data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders, fostering informed decision-making Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, health informatics, statistics, mathematics or related field 3+ years of experience in a Healthcare Data Analyst role Skilled in data analysis and visualization methods Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) frameworks Experience with MDaudit Enterprise highly preferred Proficient in SQL and other analytical tools Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and data management systems Must be a self-starter and able to work independently All applications MUST be submitted via our website.
