Job Overview The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider is a vital part of our clinical staff in our mission to cure patients who suffer from allergies and sinus problems. They will deliver a memorable experience for our patients with each interaction they have, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction are top of mind. They will practice precision everywhere including providing allergy testing and treatment to patients 2 years old and above. They will share responsibility with their peers and the rest of the clinical team to ensure the clinic is running smoothly. They will exemplify integrity in everything that they do, always doing what is best for our team and our patients.

Clinic Schedule & Locations

Lakeway Clinic 2300 Lohmans Spur, Suite 126, Lakeway, TX 78734 Schedule: Monday & Thursday

South Austin Clinic 5701 W Slaughter Ln, Suite A130, Austin, TX 78749 Schedule: Friday

Additional PRN coverage may be required at nearby clinics based on PTO and operational needs.

Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

How You Improve Our Patients Lives!

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.

Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.

Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:

Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT)

Nasal endoscopy

Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.

Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit.

Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing.

Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.

Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.

Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.

Adhere to standard metrics:

Testing: 50% minimum threshold

Treatment: 30% minimum threshold

IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold

Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills Needed to be Successful Required Education and Experience

3+ Years of Practicing as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program

Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License

Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) Certified

Must have a valid driver’s license

Preferred Education and Experience

Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR system

Knowledge & Skills

Effectively communicate with Patients and clinical staff

React calmly and effectively in a difficult or emergent situation

Strong attention to detail

Exceptional organization skills

Effective time management skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to manually take patient vitals

Possess the ability to maintain effective working relationship with patients, medical staff and the public
