Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. Review data, interpret results, and modify individualized treatment plans. Provide supervision through observation and team meetings. Consult with families regarding treatment concerns. BCBAs are supported by their Clinical Manager with administrative support, scheduling help, and caseload assistance. Required Experience And Education
Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics. Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
