Carson City Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our energetic, compassionate, and just-the-right-amount-of-silly team. We’ve been spreading smiles in the Carson City community for years, and now it’s your turn to help us keep the magic going. This is a safety-sensitive role; a pre-employment drug screen is part of the process. What You’ll Do
Calm nerves and create a welcoming experience for children Help turn dental visits into positive experiences for kids (celebrations, giggles, or lighthearted activities as appropriate) Assistance during patient care under supervision Support team with a high level of care and a positive, family-friendly environment What We’re Looking For
1+ year of dental assisting experience (but we’ll train the right candidate) Positive attitude and eagerness to grow Top-notch communication skills Team spirit and a big heart A drive to make kids feel safe, happy, and cavity-free Benefits
