A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Case Manager RN in the Cincinnati, OH region.

Compensation
Pay: $35.95 per hour
Full‑time employees qualify for benefits after 90 days
401(k) with company match available for full‑time employees with 1 year of service
Highlights
This is a contract assignment with potential to transition to permanent based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
Required availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members’ needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data review.
Evaluate member benefit plans and available internal/external services to determine case resolution approach.
Apply criteria, guidelines, and case management plans to ensure appropriate administration of benefits.
Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Promote optimal, cost‑effective outcomes through planning, facilitation, and advocacy.
Requirements
RN with current unrestricted state licensure.
Minimum 3 years of clinical practice experience (hospital, home health, or ambulatory care).
Experience in healthcare and/or managed care industry.
Proficiency in computer skills including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to perform sedentary work including extended periods of sitting, phone use, and computer work.
High School Diploma or GED.
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications
Case Management Certification (CCM).
Case management experience.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and productivity expectations in office environments.
