What You Will Do In This Role: Demonstrate knowledge of all CAT Scan exam protocols for specific exams. Be in charge of exam preparations and patient instructions. Utilize radiation protection methods consistently and use shielding as necessary. Obtain patient history and collaborate with the Radiologist on proper contrast usage. Be responsible for the post-processing of data. Assist the physician as necessary for all invasive procedures to provide best patient care. Assist during codes. What Qualifications You Will Need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. State Registered Radiologic Technician. Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
