Northrop Grumman is looking for you to join our team as a Staff Systems Engineer, leading research and development based out of Bellevue, Nebraska, Roy, Utah, or Huntsville, Alabama. What you’ll get to do: Lead research and development on prototype demonstrations supporting the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) mission area Work with multi-disciplinary team members from numerous NG locations Provide project management related to funding, staffing, schedule, and technical direction oversight to the internal research and development Drive integrated solutions for future NC3 capabilities that NG will demonstrate to partners and customers Lead presentations to government representatives regarding our NC3 prototypes Produce prototypes that align to the Advanced Programs technical roadmap for the NC3 strategy. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) field with 12 years of experience; or 10 years experience with a Master’s degree; or 8 year with PhD 4 years of experience with scripting and coding languages such as Python 1 years of experience with leading research and development efforts 1 year of experience guiding Agile scrum teams 1 year of experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (i.e., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) 1 year of experience with model-based systems engineering tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler Must be a US Citizen with an

active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance
