As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions. Your focus will be on optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance. Job Description (primary Responsibilities)

Helping with new process development, troubleshooting, and optimization. Developing and implementing manufacturing processes and systems. Designing tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process. Ensuring products are manufactured to meet quality standards. Developing training materials and conducting training for production teams. Providing technical support to production teams. Outcomes / KPIs

Process Improvements Manufacturing Efficiency / Cost Savings NPI Implementations on Time Requirements

Education

Possess a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Experience

Have experience in semiconductor processing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. Skills

Have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
