Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Physician Liaison
to join Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates, serving the Dallas and Rockwall areas. This position requires travel 3-4 days a week to meet with referral sources to foster collaborative relationships. Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective field marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our cardiology practice in the Dallas and Rockwall areas. Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials that communicate the value and benefits of our cardiology services. Identify and establish relationships with referring physicians, primary care providers, and healthcare professionals in Dallas and Rockwall to drive patient referrals and collaborative partnerships. Plan and organize local events, health fairs, and community outreach programs in both locations to increase awareness of the cardiology practice and educate the public about cardiovascular health. Conduct market research and analysis specific to Dallas and Rockwall to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and print media, to deliver targeted messaging and drive patient engagement in both Dallas and Rockwall. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on marketing results and ROI for both locations. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, advancements in cardiology, and competitor activities in Dallas and Rockwall to adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including physicians, practice managers, and administrative staff, in both locations to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with practice goals. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and marketing guidelines. Travel 3-4 days a week throughout the DFW area. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Healthcare background preferred but not required. Proven track record of successful field marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare industry or a cardiology practice. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies with demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns. Knowledge of cardiology terminology, procedures, and services is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and community members in both Dallas and Heath. Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. Flexibility to attend evening or weekend events as needed in both Dallas and Heath. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between Dallas and Heath for meetings, events, and collaborations. Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM. No weekends, holidays, or after-hours. Benefits
