Building Location: St Marys Hospital Superior Department: 2012220 MRI - SMHS HOSP Job Description: Under the direction of the Director/Manager of Radiology Services, is responsible for the acquisition of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans of patients of all ages for diagnostic and/or research purposes, utilizing advanced aspects of computer assisted, digital image recording and analysis systems. Provides high quality MRI scans through operation of specialized equipment which ensures optimum diagnostic clarity for physician interpretation. Responsibilities
Under the direction stated in the Job Description above, perform MRI scans for patients of all ages for diagnostic and/or research purposes, utilizing advanced computer assisted imaging and analysis systems, and operate specialized equipment to ensure high-quality MRI images for physician interpretation. Education Qualifications
No educational requirements Licensure/Certification Qualifications
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Must be registered in MRI by the ARRT within two years of hire/transfer to the position. FTE
