Medical Office Manager
Location: Stratford, CT Base Pay: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr Key Responsibilities
Supervise front and back‑office staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and insurance processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency Monitor office operations and workflows to maintain a smooth and productive environment Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and office equipment Prepare reports and assist with budgeting and financial management Support physicians and clinical staff with administrative coordination as needed Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on patient care and satisfaction Qualifications
