What You’ll Need Current Montana RN license or compact license required
Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred
CPR/BLS certification required (additional unit-specific certifications may be needed)
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills
Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting
Seasonal Position Details
Full-Time work schedule required for no less than 13-week period
15% Premium (Seasonal Premium)
Additional night and weekend shift differential pay

What You’ll Do
Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU
Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed
Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment
Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients
Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence
Seasonal Minimum Qualification
Seasonal RN must have 2 years applicable nursing experience to the unit assigned
Shift
Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Seasonal full-time hours, 36 hours per week (12-hour night shifts) Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. Notice of Pre-Employment Screening Requirements
