Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry unit in a dynamic hospital setting. This position requires a nurse with at least two years of recent telemetry nursing experience, capable of delivering high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions. As an RN in the telemetry unit, you will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, interpreting telemetry readings, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide optimal care. Hospital Setting Key Responsibilities
Monitor patients’ cardiac telemetry and interpret vital sign readings. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered. Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and execute individualized care plans. Provide patient education on medical conditions and treatment plans. Respond quickly to changes in patient conditions and take appropriate actions. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience in a hospital setting. Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring, rhythms, and telemetry care protocols. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Employment Type
