We are seeking a
Dental Lab Digital Manufacturing Technician
to join our growing team. This role is responsible for operating, maintaining, and optimizing digital production equipment, including milling machines, 3D printers, and sintering furnaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technical-minded, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No experience necessary but valued. Base pay range

Full-time, Monday-Friday Responsibilities
Milling Activities
Prepare and execute CAM nesting projects Run simulations before milling Load and unload mills Troubleshoot and address milling failures as knowledge progresses Perform post-processing of milled projects (removal from pucks, cleaning, finishing pins) Sintering Activities
Load and unload sintering furnaces Calibrate and maintain furnaces Sort sintered units for final processing 3D Printing Activities
Generate and execute nesting projects Run simulations before printing Load and unload 3D printers Troubleshoot and resolve printing failures Perform post-processing (cleaning, curing, and drying of printed projects) Cleaning & Maintenance
Clean and maintain milling machines, 3D printers, and post-processing areas Calibrate milling machines, printers, and furnaces Manage alcohol recovery system for printing processes Follow weekly maintenance schedules General Responsibilities
Manage time and prioritize cases to meet production requirements Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment Follow established Quality Control (QC) procedures Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI) Comply with company policies outlined in the employee handbook Qualifications
High School diploma or GED Good hand-eye coordination Strong computer aptitude Ability to follow detailed instruction Reliable attendance & transportation Benefits
