Nexus HR is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a dynamic, mission-driven healthcare team focused on men’s health and wellness. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical exams, and assessment of symptoms.

Diagnose, prescribe, and manage treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.

Conduct follow-up assessments to monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Order, interpret, and review lab work to guide diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Administer or oversee in-clinic procedures such as injections and other treatments.

Provide education and management of patients undergoing treatment, ensuring compliance with dosing and monitoring safety parameters.

Guide patients through structured treatment plans and evaluate progress.

Counsel patients on therapy for energy, recovery, and vitality, tailoring treatment to individual needs.

Educate patients on supplement use and other clinic-provided wellness products.

Provide a concierge-style patient experience where education, empathy, and clear communication are paramount.

Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and support staff to provide seamless patient care.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EMR for all patient encounters, treatments, and procedures.

Participate in case reviews and staff meetings to maintain high standards of clinical care and compliance with protocols.

Support the clinic in promoting a patient-centered environment focused on wellness, performance, and quality of life improvement.

Maintain compliance with clinic protocols, OSHA standards, and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

Previous clinical experience preferred; experience in men's health or hormone therapy is a plus.

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Nebraska.

Active DEA license in the state of Nebraska.

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient education skills.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)

Passion for patient-centered care and exceptional service experience

Hormone management or men’s health experience is a plus—but a passion for wellness and learning is essential

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
