Here's How You'll Contribute Under the direct supervision of the Radiation Therapy Manager, a Radiation Therapist is responsible for providing radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician according to established standards and practices. Performs other work of the department as required. Required Skills One to two years of experience in radiation therapy preferred. Registry or registry eligible as a radiation therapist in good standing required. Knowledgeable in health care informatics, including computers and clinical guidelines. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Has high level critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Works independently, but in collaboration with the Radiation Oncology team. What We're Looking For Registration with the Association of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) and have the designation of Therapist (T), or must be a graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program and be board eligible for the ARRT Radiation Therapy exam.
