We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our integrated medical practice full time in Elko, NV. Ideally, we are looking for a nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant who is eager to help others, has excellent people and time management skills, and has trigger point and/or joint injection experience with preferably 1-2 years clinical experience but we will consider recent grads.

Our integrated medical office has proudly served our community with high-quality medical care for over 22 years, and due to our fantastic reputation, our patient base continues to grow! We are a patient-centric, results-oriented clinic where patients can go to get innovative treatments. We provide a variety of services to include hormone replacement and trigger point/joint injections. We are only two hours from the borders of both Utah and Idaho, located in the high desert of Northeastern Nevada. Duties:
Patient exam/evaluation and consultations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging) Order and review tests/labs Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation- integrating wellness, prevention, and regen med Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventative strategies Manage patient care Treatments- prescribing Rx’s, perform trigger point/joint injections, regen med, and HRT Documentation and progress notes- timely and accurate documentation in the EMR Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care Maintaining communication with patients and monitoring their progress, ensuring progress of care Participate in team meetings Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in NV Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus Injection experience, PRP experience preferred but we will provide training Schedule:
Full time - Monday through Thursday (4-day work week) Compensation:
$130-$150k per year (depending on experience and training) Benefits:
