Position overview Role : Full-time Float Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location : Wisconsin

About the role : Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license, delivering holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. Providers have access to resources (e.g., UpToDate, RubiconMD) and work autonomously within a supportive system that prioritizes patients first, ingenuity, courage, community, and FUN.

Minimum qualifications Nurse Practitioner

Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification

Independent practice provider preferred where allowed by state regulation

Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability

CPR/BLS certification required at start date

Independent family practice experience including wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred

Physician Assistant

Active license and current NCCPA board certification

Independent practice provider preferred where allowed by state regulation

Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability

CPR/BLS certification required at start date

Pay range $110,000 – $150,000 per year. The actual offer may vary depending on geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
